These terms govern your use of the Serene website and the booking of clinical services through us. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

Services

Clinical services are provided by GPhC-registered pharmacists. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

Bookings

Private appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time without charge.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
